Is Job Quitter Club Legit? [Why You Should Save Your Money]

A new “opportunity” hit my inbox this morning and I wanted to take a look at it. You may have gotten it too and now are wondering if Job Quitter Club is legit.

Just to give you full disclosure, this article is based on my opinion only. I am not promoting Job Quitter Club in any way. In fact, I think you should save your money on this one.

I’ll show you why.

Let’s dig into this one.

What is Job Quitter Club?

Job Quitters Club sales page

Within the first few seconds of clicking on the sales video, I can already answer the question “is Job Quitters Club legit?” That answer would be “no!”

Why do I say that? Because of this:

Replace your salary with Job Quitters Club?

No matter what this product is, this just isn’t possible. You’re not going to replace your job’s salary in a month.

The video then goes on to say:

  • this is an invitation sent by a close, personal friend of the narrator’s (false)
  • the information is top secret (false)
  • it’ll only be open for a short period of time (false)
  • it’ll only be open to 100 people (false)

The narrator says that making money with this program is so “stupidly simple” all you have to do is “listen and click.” He says you can make money just for watching how to do this.

Make money just for watching how to do this.

Seriously with this? This is not true or possible.

The narrator goes on to say that he needs our partnership and that it’s in his best interest to see us earn money. He says:

Job Quitters Club is not a pyramid scheme, but it is shady and scammy, in my opinion.

The video then says that this isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme, and yet, they also said this is the first step in replacing your income in the first month.

After the first video is done we are directed to fill out our name and email to go to the next step. I would advise you not to do this unless you want to get a lot of spammy emails in your inbox. I will do that job for you since I have a box set up specifically for spammy emails. 🙂

We go onto the next video and our narrator introduces himself as Richard Harper, but you can bet that this is a made-up character with a made-up story.

He says he works full-time as an internet marketer but then goes on to say that he only works about 10 hours a week. He says he works mostly from home, and that this is his home:

No. It’s not.

It’s a beautiful picture of a beautiful house. But I guarantee it’s not “Richard’s”.

He talks about how this opportunity is with affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is legitimate and I’ll talk to you more about it a little later. It IS a good opportunity, but it doesn’t work in the way that Richard is presenting it.

For instance, he says:

Make $500 a day with 30 minutes of work?

But no.

That’s not how it works.

How Does Job Quitter Club Work?

For a very low price of $47 (down from an insane $1495, according to Richard), you can learn how to make enough money working just 30 minutes a day to quit your job in a month.

That’s what the sales video claims.

But you know that’s some B.S., right?

Here’s how these types of products really work. They get you hooked into the sales video. You get excited about the possibility of making big money easily and quickly. You fill out your name and email address. And then you buy the product.

Here’s what they want to do:

  1. Now they have your name and email address and they can promote more money-making opportunities to you.
  2. They get a sale from you.
  3. Once you buy, you’ll be presented with upsells and hopefully, they’ll make even MORE money from you.

Will there be training? Yes. Will it be good enough to help you make enough to quit your job in a month?

No.

And they probably like that because they know you’ll be looking for the next thing that WILL work. And that’s where your email address comes in handy.

Affiliate Marketing is Legit

Affiliate marketing is a legitimate way to earn an income online. But it takes some time, consistent action and skill to get it to a full-time income.

You’re not going to just learn everything you need to know with a $47 product. If you really want to make money with affiliate marketing, then I recommend you learn how to do it the right way and take your time to learn the necessary steps.

Just to give you a quick overview of affiliate marketing, in a nutshell, it’s promoting other people’s and businesses’ products for a commission.

Let’s say you have a passion for tennis and you know a lot about tennis rackets. You could have a website dedicated to tennis rackets where you teach people which ones are best for different situations. You could then sign up for affiliate programs that have tennis rackets for sale.

Every time someone clicks on your link to purchase a tennis racket that you recommend, you earn a commission.

That’s a pretty simplified version, but I go into more detail in my Free Affiliate Marketing Guide here.

Is Job Quitter Club Legit?

Is Job Quitters Club legit? In my opinion, Job Quitter Club is not legit. You can’t trust a program that has so many tricks on its sales page. These are classic tricks that many internet marketers use that I’ve seen time and time again that lead to disappointing products and results.

Pros:

  • Fairly inexpensive product

Cons:

  • Too many red flags in the sales video
  • Unknown product owner
  • Extremely high-income claims
  • You probably won’t be able to get your money back if you don’t like the product

With a lot of these internet marketing products, you can get your money back if you are disappointed. ClickBank is a great system because they make it easy to get a return.

I would be extra cautious with Job Quitters Club because they mention no money-back guarantee anywhere on their site or on the checkout page. They have a line that says “60-day satisfaction guarantee”, but what does that mean?

I dug into their Terms & Conditions and this is what it says:

Job Quitters Club terms

This basically says you can only cancel your order prior to order confirmation. In other words, you aren’t going to get your money back. It takes about 10 seconds for an order to go through. This is just mumbo-jumbo to make you think you can make a return.

I would also be really, really cautious about putting your credit card information into their form. Just because it says it’s safe and secure, I wouldn’t trust it. There has been nothing trustworthy with this product.

Conclusion

If you’re like me and just like to skip to the end to see what this is about, let me give you the quick and dirty version of this article.

Is Job Quitter Club legit? Absolutely not. You will spend a minimum of $47 on a product that will not help you earn enough money to quit your job in a month. Job Quitter Club uses classic marketing tricks to make you feel like this product actually holds the secret to success.

It’s not true. There is no secret to success.

These guys just want your money.
