It’s another day, and another product to look at. This one is called Explode My Payday ( I LOVE these names!) and was sent to me by my good friend Matthew Neer from the famous (infamous?) Viral Cash App. Is Explode My Payday a scam? There is something fishy going on here that we’ll talk about in a second in this Explode My Payday review.

Because I already see this one as a being a big ol’ no-no, I want to give you the opportunity to learn how to make money online – legitimately. Forget exploding your payday. Forget these secret systems and money loopholes. All that stuff is not real. They’re just marketing tricks to get you to buy into their program.

Right off the bat, I knew this one was trouble when I clicked on Matthew’s email and saw this:
Wow! We already have so many red flags.
- This offer will not close Monday. (In fact, I’m writing this on Tuesday.)
- “Simple loophole” (UGH, friggin’ loopholes!)
- You’ll be cashing 3 checks a week
- Some familiar looking people right on the cover page of the sales video. We’ll discuss in a minute.
- And you agree to let them sell or rent your information when you sign up. (YIKES!)
This is already enough to shut this one down and walk away. But, I love watching these videos because they’re so ridiculous, so let’s see what this one is all about.
The video starts off with a couple of testimonials. These are the same fake testimonials we have already seen before!
It’s Megan again!
We’ve seen these same exact testimonials in at least a couple of other reviews, the latest one being the Greedy Mentor review. These are actors and they do not actually make money with this program. Why wouldn’t they just use real people with real testimonials if this program was good and actually worked? Hmmm…
Here’s what I learned from watching the video:
- She can’t afford to give everyone on the internet $1000 just for watching this video.
- Only a handful of exclusive people will get access to this. (Um, no.)
- It will be taken down at midnight on the date above. (Nope, obviously not true since I’m watching this a day later.)
- Today could be the luckiest day of your life. (Only if we stop watching this immediately.)
- This video is private and confidential and should be shared with anyone. (hahahaha)
This is Meaghan Harper, the creator of this product. Wow! We have a real person?
Um, no.
Just a Shutterstock image and a fake name.
“Meghan” says her business is expanding rapidly and she needs to grow her team. She’s even willing to pay you for it. You can be on Meghan’s payroll as early as tomorrow! She needs a total of 45 people to join her. You don’t need any experience. Setting up this system only takes about 15 minutes.
Don’t worry…
This IS another cheesy sales pitch, and I’ve sen enough. (Because I’ve already seen this exact video once or twice before! I can almost memorize the darn thing by this point.)
Let’s move on!
How Does Explode My Payday Work?
I have no idea how this works because, as usual, the video doesn’t tell you. If they were confident that this system worked, they would give you an idea of what you would need to do to make it happen. Instead, you are supposed to trust that it’ll be OK while you hand over your precious $47.
I decided not to buy this product to see what it’s about because the sales video just has way too many red flags and I know it’s not going to be worth it. You know, sometimes these products are surprisingly good, but if it is, I’ll never know because I can’t trust it enough to try it out.
Is Explode My Payday a Scam or Legit?
I can’t say for sure if Explode My Payday is a scam since I didn’t purchase the product to see for myself what it’s about. (And I can’t find anyone who HAS purchased the product to see what they say about it.) I absolutely cannot recommend it though just based on all the shady things in the sales pitch.
We talked about some red flags that we saw right away, but let’s go over everything again:
- Saying the offer will close when it certainly will not
- Saying this is secret and not to send it to anyone
- Fake testimonials and the same exact ones used in multiple products
- Fake product creator
- Agreeing that they can sell or rent your information (UGH. This one is SUCH a huge red flag!)
- Saying it takes just a few minutes to set up
- Huge income claims
They are also going to try to hit you with some upsells once you buy this product:
You get in with the “cheaper” $47 product, then they’ll try to sell you on more things, even though the sales videos suggest that you can make alllll that money SO easily with just the regular product.
Just nope it right on out of here with this one. There are way too many issues here.

In fact, when I have purchased these types of products and I start reading through them, they all say that this will take work! They only tell you it’ll be easy to get you to purchase.

I’m with you on this one – they seem to be using every shady scam tactic out there at the moment to palm this product off on newcomers to the online working world.
Why would they admit that they are going to sell or rent your information? It doesn’t bare thinking about what will happen after they get their hands on that!
Do they have a refund policy?
I think they probably have to disclose that they’re going to rent and sell your information, otherwise they could get into big, big trouble legally. It’s good that they disclose it, I just hope people take the time to read it before signing up. They’ll NEVER get out of the online marketing hell hole if they don’t. lol

I have been hearing of affiliate marketing but I don’t know if it is good, since some people complained it is stressful and requires a lot of work and time before one can start generating passive income. Affiliate marketing can be stressful if you let it be! Anything can, right? To me, I think it’s really fun and I enjoy it. The biggest key is picking a topic that you love to write about. That will help keep it light and fun.
Yes, it can take time to build up an income. Success doesn’t happen overnight, despite what these sales videos try to tell you. But anything worth it takes time!
