Instant Payment Method Review [Here’s the Catch]

Welcome to my Instant Payday Method review!

I’m glad you’re here doing your research because this one is pretty interesting. You’re going to find out that Instant Payday Method isn’t really a product at all.

In fact, it’s a funnel.

And it funnels you into another funnel.

Instant Payment Method Review

And in that funnel you’ll find some high-ticket offers. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily in all cases. But I think you’ll really want to read what’s going on here so you can make the most informed decision about buying into this.

What is Instant Payment Method?

The headline on the sales page says we’ll learn how to instantly deposit $250 into our bank account:

Instant Payment Method review - Instant $250 into your bank account

The sales video is a personal account of someone named Mack, who uses this Instant Payment Method quite successfully. In fact, he says that he got a notification late into the night after watching many episodes of SpongeBob with his son that he made 8 sales of $250 each.

Instant Payment Method review - Make money in your sleep

Mack explains that this isn’t a fluke, but it’s a regular occurrence in his life. And he just uses pre-written ads and system that we can get access to as well. He says his automated system does all the selling for him.

Mack tries to entice us by showing us his lavish lifestyle. He shows videos of him on vacation, feeding one of his kids, getting a new fancy car and watching a movie is his own home theater.

He tells us that the reason we should even care about all this is:

  1. Because he’s no one special
  2. Because he gets to wake up richer every day

Mack says that or selling skills (or lack thereof) doesn’t matter because we don’t have to do any selling, telling or explaining. (Because it’s all part of his system.)

He also says that the $250 commissions are just the beginning. He also makes $1000, $3000 and even $5000 commissions. ( I know exactly how this happens, and I’ll show you a little later…)

Mack makes a great point in his video after showing us more of his lavish lifestyle. He says if you want to learn how to make money online, you want to learn from others who have already done that.

I completely agree, and again, we’ll get back to this a little later…

Mack explains that how he makes money is by selling education (information products) online, which is a billion dollar industry. He made me chuckle a bit when he said that most people buy into information products online, expect money to fall from the sky and then cry and say they got scammed, even though it’s just that they didn’t put in any work.

While there are definitely some scams out there, I had to laugh at this, because this is absolutely true. I see it all the time myself being in this industry.

After going into how schools are a scam and how much money college costs, we learn a little more about what Mack is selling:

The Fearless Momma is what Mack is selling

The Fearless Momma is something I’ve already looked at on this site, and you can see my Fearless Momma review here. According to Mack, The Fearless Momma marketing course includes training about:

  • Lead Generation
  • Facebook Marketing
  • Craigslist Advertising
  • Ecommerce

So you do get some training for your $250 with The Fearless Momma, but there’re some things you need to know about this before you move ahead…

How Does Instant Payment Method Work?

Instant Payment Method isn’t really a product. It’s a funnel to get you into The Fearless Momma. (Which, I just read somewhere, looks to be a funnel to get you into another business called The Six Figure Formula. Do these funnels ever end??)

Here’s a video from Karen Marrow who bought into the system, and she shows us what’s on the inside:

What I thought was interesting about Karen’s video is that she said she purchased 300 leads from a traffic source that they suggest inside The Fearless Momma. She said she made 1 sale and that made it profitable for her. However, leads are usually somewhere between $0.50 and $1.00 each, so I’m guessing her profit wasn’t huge.

That’s OK. A profit is a profit.

But she’s also not taking into consideration the $250 she spent to get into the program. Just by this video, you can see how you’ll need to invest some upfront capital in order to make some sales. Will you be able to invest enough to make this work for you?

100% Commissions

In case this hasn’t been clear to you yet, you spend $250 to get into The Fearless Momma system. Then, you recruit others into the system and you get $250 each time you recruit someone. You are an affiliate of The Fearless Momma, and you get 100% affiliate commissions.

However, what makes this different from other affiliate programs is that you have to pay to play and you have to recruit others into it in order to make money.

Then, if indeed you get funneled into Six Figure Empire, (Timothy Berger is the mastermind behind both The Fearless Momma and Six Figure Empire, hmmm….) you start getting into the high-ticket offers.

Is The Fearless Momma a Ponzi Scheme?

I’m sure you get more training in Six Figure Empire, but are you really buying into $5000 training because it’s so darn good? Let’s face it. You’re buying into $5000 training because you can make $5000 per sale. That’s tempting. I get it.

But this is where people start losing their shirts. This is where it gets a little murky about whether this is a Ponzi scheme and this is starting to look a little like MOBE and Digital Altitude, who were both shut down by the FTC.

Of course, you don’t have to buy into those high-ticket offers. Those are completely optional. But if someone you recruit buys a high-ticket offer, you will still only make up to your level of $250.

Is Instant Payment Method a Scam or Legit?

I enjoyed Mack’s video and he seems like a very likable guy. He also really seems like he knows what he’s talking about since he’s a successful internet marketer. I don’t think Instant Payment Method is a scam since it’s not even really the product itself.

“What about The Fearless Momma?”, you might be thinking. It’s not exactly a scam since you do get some training for your money. And the training actually looks to be decent. But will the FTC go after them at some point for being a Ponzi scheme? Time will only tell…

Wealthy Affiliate Versus Instant Payment Method (AKA The Fearless Momma)

I want to talk to you a little bit about my #1 recommendation, Wealthy Affiliate because I think there are some things that are similar with these programs, and I also want to explain what’s different and why I would much, much, MUCH rather choose Wealthy Affiliate over The Fearless Momma.

I don’t want you to think I’m just saying Wealthy Affiliate is better because I promote them. I DO promote them, but if I felt The Fearless Momma was a good program, I would sign up and promote it too, no problem.

In fact, as I was going through Mack’s video, I was thinking of how I could use The Fearless Momma as another stream of income. But, it’s just way too risky.

Get Coached from the Best

First of all, you know when Mack said it’s a good idea to learn from others who are successful in what you want to do? You wouldn’t go to someone who doesn’t know about boxing and learn boxing from them, right? I completely 100% agree.

Kyle and Carson, the owners of Wealthy Affiliate, know what they’re doing, and they are experts at training others on their exact process.

I understand Tammy Montgomery (The actual Fearless Momma) is great at marketing and selling too (as well as Mack himself), but what’s extra special about Wealthy Affiliate is that you not only get expert training from Kyle and Carson, you get an ENTIRE community of like-minded people (many of them extremely successful) to help you succeed.

Here’s just one of endless articles inside of Wealthy Affiliate from one of the most successful members (you can click on the image to read the whole article):

Get coaching from members at Wealthy Affiliate

And that’s just the start because we also have Private Messaging, Live Chat and loads of additional training from members, all there to help YOU be a success.

Pay to Play?

In a way, I suppose I do “pay to play” with Wealthy Affiliate because I choose to promote them. I wouldn’t technically be allowed to promote them (at least I wouldn’t get paid for it) if I wasn’t a paying member.

However, Wealthy Affiliate teaches you how to make money with affiliate marketing. They have a course designed to help you make money with their own affiliate program, and they have another course dedicated to making money with ANY niche you like.

So you do not have to recruit people into the system to make money. You can learn how to sell rabbit cages, or snowblowers, or anything else you want.

I happen to promote Wealthy Affiliate (although I also have other websites that promote other things) because I happen to think it’s the best affiliate marketing training that can transform people’s lives, and I like that.

One Price Only

Wealthy Affiliate does not have any high-ticket offers. You get everything for one (probably too low) price. You get the training, live weekly trainings, member trainings, live chat, private messaging AND all the tools you need including web hosting for up to 25 sites for ONE LOW PRICE.

The Fearless Momma is $250, plus the cost for running ads. But up to $5000 if you want the ability to make the most money.

The cost of Wealthy Affiliate is :

  • $49 / month
  • $234 for 6 months (which comes out to $39 / month)
  • $359 per year (which comes out to $29.92 / month – that’s less than $1 / day!)

You can even join as a Free Starter Member – no credit card required – and stay a Starter Member as long as you need to feel comfortable with the system. (You’ll have full access for 7 days, then it will become more limited after.)

Wealthy Affiliate mainly teaches you how to use SEO to gain traffic and sales. (This is free traffic, although there are lessons on paid traffic in there too.)

Marketable Skills

With The Fearless Momma, you are basically learning how to market The Fearless Momma. I understand you can use those trainings to promote other things, but the main priority is to recruit others into The Fearless Momma.

With Wealthy Affiliate, you are learning marketable skills. Some of our members have learned skills so that they could:

Wealthy Affiliate is not just about making money by selling Wealthy Affiliate memberships. It’s about learning how to do business online in many different capacities.

Conclusion

I hope this Instant Payment Method review cleared some things up for you. Obviously, it’s totally your choice if you want to sign up or not. I just want to give you as much information as possible before making that decision.

Again, I gave you my reasons why I would choose Wealthy Affiliate over The Fearless Momma. I hope you understand I’m not saying that just because I promote Wealthy Affiliate. I will promote anything that I think can help someone. (Or even myself as I’m always looking for new streams of income.)

It’s not about that. It’s about leading you to the best possible outcome for your life, not just for NOW, but into the foreseeable future. I don’t want you to just make money NOW. I want you to make a lasting, growing, full-time income so that you never have to go to a “real” job again.

I believe Wealthy Affiliate can do that for anyone who really gives it a try.

  1. Thanks for the review. I have to ask though, do you really believe anyone can get paid quickly from this system? 100% commissions is a great way to get paid but, how promising is the system for the new guy? With the training just solely being placed on Fearless Momma where does the entrepreneur get to brand themselves?

I apologize for all the questions, but i have been trying to find some sort of lead system and i want to know which type to stay away from .

    Thanks for sharing

    • Hi Shannon! I think you could potentially make money from this quickly IF you spend money on ads. And the problem with spending money on ads is that there’s a good chance that you could spend a lot more than you make, at least until you get the hang of it. Now, maybe their training on buying solo ads is really good, but it’s just something to be aware of.

I don’t have too much experience with buying ads because I like to focus on SEO, but if you go the ad route, then make sure you get some good training.

  2. I really think that a person needs to be aware of all of the scams out there.  I feel lucky to have found Wealthy Affiliate right off the bat without falling for any scams.  I can see why you promote Wealthy Affiliate.  It is a true and honest company and Kyle and Carson genuinely want to help people succeed.

I think it is great how they let you try it for free with no credit card required.  Honestly, that is what made me sign up in the first place!

    • There are definitely some scams out there. Even more than that are products that just probably won’t work. I do think Instant Payment / Fearless Momma COULD work, but you might have to fork over a bunch of cash first.

You do pay for a Wealthy Affiliate membership (eventually after you see what it’s like with the free membership), but you get a chance to learn how to create a real online business. One that you can grow infinitely. I feel like there’s only so far you can go with these products where you only learn how to promote that same product.

  3. Hi Christina! At first glance, Instant Payment Method (also known as The Fearless Momma) seems a good opportunity. But after reading your post I see there are to many red flags and I won’t take the risk.

I have two big concerns about them. First: to make money you have to pay them. And second: these high-ticket offers. So, Instant Payment Method is not for me. Thanks for the review.

  4. Great review Christina,

Instant Payment to Fearless Momma to Six Figure Formula, If I get right, I have a feeling that the owners Mack, Tammy, and Timothy are thinking of squeezing more money from users themselves because if they surely are members of both Instant Momma and Six Figure Income, they would earn from each of those annoying funnels.

    • Yup! You got the path, Riaz. Funnels, funnels everywhere funnels. I don’t mind marketing funnels. I think they’re a good tool to have for marketers. It’s just getting funneled into one thing and then another and then another where you may end up spending thousands of dollars. Well, it’s just good to be aware of what’s going on.

  5. Hi there, Christina.

Your post made for very interesting reading and I learnt a lot more than I previously knew about, Instant Payment Method.

You are 100% right! I checked out the Instant Payment method website and this looks like a typical sales funnel page.

Thank you for the heads up as I don’t really like this sought of online business because you have to spend a fortune driving traffic to your ads.

Is this how Fearless Momma works?

Can you recommend other ways of making good money online without building sales funnels and the like?

    Thanks, Jeff.

    • Paying for traffic is fine if that’s what you want to do. There isn’t anything wrong with it. It’s just something you have to be careful of just because you could easily end up spending more than you make.

SEO (search engine optimization) is a good way to go about things if you don’t want to spend money on ads. It does take a while to build up your site in order to get the search engines to favor you, but even if you buy ads, SEO is still good for long-term growth.

Wealthy Affiliate mainly teaches SEO (although, they teach a little of everything), and that’s why I recommend them as my #1 way to learn how to make an income online.

  6. Hi Christina and thank you for this honest and comprehensive look at a funnel program that may or may not turn out to be a Ponzi scheme (those are two scary words). All too often folks who are looking to make money online get taken in by programs that show luxury lifestyles and huge bank deposits and say “and you can learn exactly how to do this too!”

We definitely need people like you who can take an educated look at some platforms out there and clue the rest of us in on how likely it is that we’ll make some money or lose our shirts. I watched the video and Karen sounded convincing to me, even though I really didn’t fully understand what she was talking about. Thanks for so much for sharing your knowledge and entrepreneur experience with us and keeping us from making a huge mistake.

Also thanks for promoting Wealthy Affiliate. I’m a member but if I wasn’t, I’d definitely take the plunge based on your assessment. And may I say, you’re doing a great job of building ‘your brand’ and you’ve got my trust!

    • Thank you so much, Sue for stopping by and sharing your thoughts. My main objective with looking at different opportunities is, as you say, you see how likely it is that people can make money using it. Or at least, what the obstacles will be along the way. And there are definitely a few obstacles with Instant Payment Method / The Fearless Momma.

I’m happy that you found your way to Wealthy Affiliate. It’s a program not without its obstacles too, but I think they present a much more realistic way to earn a living online.
