What is Level Rewards? [Not Too Bad if You Can Get Referrals…]

What is Level Rewards? It’s a Get Paid To (GPT) site with a bit of a twist. Most GPT sites have you do surveys, complete trial offers and do other small tasks for money or points. Level Rewards is a little bit different.

When I first saw the site, I thought it was another scam similar to Viral Dollars or Clout Pay, but I am happy to report this is not the case.

How does Level Rewards work? Is it legitimate? Can you really make money from this site?

We’ll go over all the details below.

What is Level Rewards? [Review]

Quality

The quality of the site is very good. It looks very professional and it’s easy to navigate everything. Everything is explained well.

Ease

The ease of using the site itself is very good, and the program is also easy to understand and use. What may not be as easy is getting enough referrals to make this work well.

Cost

The cost of joining is free. There may be some costs with the trial offers if you don’t remember to cancel them before the trial offer ends. Your credit card will automatically be charged in these cases, so be careful with that.

Summary: Level Rewards is a “Get Paid To” (GPT) program that is slightly different from most. As you complete offers, you will level up. (1 point = 1 level) You get paid when you refer people to the platform and they also level up. You receive $5 per your referral’s level, as long as you’re on the same level as they are. I got into more detail about this below.

I have to give this one my middle thumb because it’s not a bad program, I just don’t think it’ll be very easy to make money with this unless you learn how to get referrals beyond your friends and family. Also, you’re trading a lot of time for money and there are better ways to make money online.

What is Level Rewards?

As mentioned above, Level Rewards is a “Get Paid To” (GPT) site, but with most typical GPT sites, like Swagbucks for example, you get rewarded for completing small tasks and surveys. With Level rewards, you have to complete offers, but you also have to refer people and they have to complete offers too.

This sounds similar to the way that bUnited is doing things.

In a way, this is a good thing because you have the ability to make more money. At the same time, it makes it harder because:

1. It’s hard to recruit enough people to make this work unless you have an email list, or a following in some other way
2. It’s hard to motivate people to do the tasks that will help you get rewarded

Let’s go into this a little more and talk about how the leveling up part works.

How Does Level Rewards Work?

Level Rewards simply states this in their headline:

After signing up, you’re encouraged to watch this video. It’s the most dizzying video I’ve ever watched. You may just want to listen and not look because the words fly all over the place.

What the video talks about is that when you join Level Rewards, you are basically turning yourself into an affiliate marketer.

I bring this up because affiliate marketing is what I do, and I’m going to tell you a little more about it later and how you can earn WAY more money with it than what Level Rewards offers.

How Much Does It Cost to Join?

Level Rewards is free to join. There may be costs associated with some of the offers.

How to Make Money with Level Rewards

Back to the leveling up part.

Let’s say you complete an offer and it’s worth 1 point, your level is 1. Now you complete a few more offers, and you level up to level 3.

When you get to Level 1, you can start promoting your referral link.

Now, let’s say you refer someone and they start completing offers and they start to level up. You’ll make $5 per level that your referral levels to. But only if you’re at the same level as them.

For example:

If you’re at level 1 and your referral gets to level 1, you’ll earn $5.

If you’re at level 1 and your referral gets to level 3, you’ll still only earn $5 instead of $15 because you also need to be at level 3 like your referral to get the full amount.

So you’ll need to constantly be making sure that you’re completing trial offers and getting yourself leveled up to have the best chance at making money.

But, that could be a downside.

The Downside of Level Rewards

As I mentioned, in order to level up, you’ll need to complete different trial offers. Here are some examples of what you might see on the offers page:

Many of these are trial offers where you test something out for a certain amount of time. It might be 7 days, or 14 days or something similar.

In most cases, you’ll have to add your credit card details. So if these offers aren’t something that you plan to continue with, you’ll have to keep track of when you need to cancel each thing. And if you miss some, your card will automatically be charged.

You could actually end up losing money here if you’re not careful.

Online Reviews / Complaints

I didn’t find any complaints about Level Rewards, which is a good thing. What’s pretty cool is that they have a Facebook group called Level Rewards Proof Pic Group. This is a group where people show pictures of their payments as a way to prove that they’re getting paid.

It’s always good to see people getting paid and getting paid on time. From what I can see from that group, some people do very well with this.

Is Level Rewards a Scam or Legit?

Level Rewards is not a scam. It looks to be completely legitimate. Let me tell you a little bit about how this works for Level Rewards and why it’s a benefit to them.

I mentioned affiliate marketing earlier. They are essentially doing affiliate marketing with this site as well. They are getting paid to promote other people’s products.

For instance:

Whoever is behind Level Rewards will get paid (probably a nice amount) every time someone does a trial offer with Hulu through them. So you can imagine if they can attract enough people to do that Hulu offer, they are going to make a lot of money. That’s how they can pay Level Rewards participants so nicely.

It’s really a win-win for everyone involved. Hulu gets more potential customers, Level Rewards makes money by sending potential customers to Hulu and you can get paid for being a potential customer.

The only issue is that you may have trouble referring people unless you know a LOT of people, but I can give you a recommendation to help you with that in a minute.

Is Level Rewards a Pyramid Scheme?

Level Rewards is not a pyramid scheme. According to the FTC:

“Pyramid schemes now come in so many forms that they may be difficult to recognize immediately. However, they all share one overriding characteristic. They promise consumers or investors large profits based primarily on recruiting others to join their program, not based on profits from any real investment or real sale of goods to the public. Some schemes may purport to sell a product, but they often simply use the product to hide their pyramid structure.”

You’re not making any investments with Level Rewards, and therefore it can’t be a pyramid scheme. So breathe a sigh of relief there.

Amazon has an affiliate program. Which means you can promote anything on the Amazon site. Think about that. There’s a lot of opportunity right there.

But they’re not the only ones. Most major companies have affiliate programs. There is opportunity to make SO MUCH MONEY that you don’t need to limit yourself to Level Rewards if you don’t want to.

It’s just an option. It’s up to you. 🙂
